Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, international trade regulations, or other events beyond our control.

2. Force Majeure (不可抗力声明) Neither AFQ LIMITED nor the Customer shall be liable for any delay or failure in performance to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to:

  • Supply Chain Disruptions: Unexpected interruptions in global or local logistics networks.

  • Raw Material Shortages: Sudden scarcity of essential components or materials required by the original manufacturers.

  • Acts of God: Natural disasters, fire, floods, or extreme weather conditions.

  • Governmental Actions: Changes in export/import regulations, trade sanctions, or labor strikes.

  • Global Health Crises: Pandemics, epidemics, or related quarantine restrictions.
