AFQ LIMITED does not accept returns or refunds without valid reason. All sales are considered final unless the following conditions are met:

Eligible Refund Conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Products: Items that are defective upon arrival or damaged during shipping.
- Wrong Item Shipped: You received an item different from what you ordered.
- Product Not as Described: The item significantly differs from the product description.
